Gordon smith classic t guitar, bought one last month custom made direct from there workshop the guitar is absolutely great feels good and sounds good it looks really good too .i definitely would recommend anyone to try one,British made, there's always a but, when the guitar was ready to be shipped they told me that I couldn't pay the rest of what I owed them on my credit card as they were changing there bank and system, bit weird but this went on for a few weeks very frustrating then they said I could pay by bankers draft,mm sounded a bit odd eventually they let me pay by card, great guitar on its way, when it arrived I could not believe that it had passed their quality control, the bobbin on the bridge pick up was warped,no tools, and the action on the guitar was that low that not one single note could be played on it I sent an e mail and pictures, they seemed more bothered about the missing stickers yes stickers than the rest.they said I could either send it back or have someone sort it for me,I didn't fancy sending it back so they sent me a pick up and a tool with stickers lol.ive sorted the guitar and it really is a good guitar but the customer service and follow up is an absolute mess I've had no follow up since nice take ya money n run not what I expected but hey rock on,my next guitar will be a mike smith from Preston cheers guys

Thats all a bit sad, and the complete opposite of my Gordon Smith
"experience".

I bought a new G60 Slimline model about 25 years ago and have never had
any problems with it, apart from having to shoot some switch cleaner in
to the toggle switch. I probably ought to use it a bit more often but I
have a couple of Les Pauls
